Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the TIC Health National League Play-Off Final Ticket Giveaway (the “Competition”). By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this Competition is TIC Health (“TIC Health”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The National League, Wembley Stadium, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of TIC Health, its group companies, agencies, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with this Competition, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 TIC Health reserves the right to require entrants to provide proof of age, identity, and eligibility.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition opens on the date the promotional campaign goes live.
3.2 The closing date for all entries is 5 May 2026 at 11:59 BST (“Closing Date”).
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must complete and submit the official TIC Health competition entry form during the Competition Period.
4.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Multiple entries from the same individual, automated entries, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
4.4 No purchase is necessary to enter this Competition.

5. Prize Details

5.1 There will be a total of five (5) winners selected.</br/>
5.2 Each winner will receive:
–  Four (4) tickets to attend the National League Play-Off Final at Wembley Stadium.

5.3 In addition, one (1) of the five winners will be selected to receive an enhanced VIP experience consisting of:

–  Pre-match access onto the pitch before kick-off; and
–  A photo opportunity with the National League Play-Off Final trophy.

5.4 The VIP experience is subject to stadium, event organiser, and operational restrictions and may be amended or withdrawn due to circumstances beyond TIC Health’s control.
5.5 Travel, accommodation, food, beverages, personal expenses, and any other incidental costs are not included unless expressly stated.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 All valid entries received before the Closing Date will be entered into a random prize draw.
6.2 Five (5) winners will be selected at random within seven (7) days of the Closing Date.
6.3 One (1) of those winners will also be randomly selected for the VIP pre-match pitch and trophy photograph experience.
6.4 TIC Health’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form.
7.2 Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.
7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is unable to accept the prize, TIC Health reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Conditions

8.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
8.2 TIC Health reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
8.3 Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the venue and event organiser.
8.4 Winners and guests must comply with all stadium regulations, entry requirements, safeguarding requirements, and any instructions issued by TIC Health, event organisers, or venue staff.
8.5 TIC Health accepts no responsibility for cancellation, postponement, or changes to the event schedule outside of its reasonable control.

9. Publicity

9.1 By entering this Competition, winners agree that TIC Health may use their name, likeness, photographs, and/or general location for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes related to this Competition without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9.2 The winner of the VIP trophy photograph experience agrees that photographs captured as part of the experience may be used by TIC Health across digital, social, PR, and marketing channels.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Any personal information submitted in connection with this Competition will be processed by TIC Health solely for the purposes of administering the Competition and contacting winners, in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
10.2 By submitting an entry form, entrants acknowledge that their data may also be used by TIC Health for marketing communications where consent has been expressly provided.

11. General

11.1 TIC Health reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate the Competition.
11.2 TIC Health reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
11.3 In the event of any dispute, TIC Health’s decision shall be final.
11.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
